Amazing!!! I've been playing with Blender for a week now and just had to write
and compliment you all on an amazingly great job!
As a software engineer myself I can appreciate the work represented by this tool. As a 2D artist and aspiring 3D artist I am having a BALL with this tool!
ranman@xxx.com

Thanks a zillion for letting everyone use Blender under Linux and FreeBSD!
che@xxx.org

Wooooow...... Spring98(tm) seems to be in the air with this amazing release. I'm not much of an artist myself, but I sure will pass this along to those of my friends who are. If you plan to open the source you and Blender will rule.

mignon.si@xxx.de

I just hear about Blender and I test it. Real nice! And very fast tool when you learn to use it.
ossi.herrala@xxx.fi

Looks fine though interface is a bit strange.
koss@xxx.sk

Beautiful. _Beautiful_! It was a bit of a challenge to learn, at least without reading the manuals :), but now that I have got the hang of it, I just can't help loving it.
It's a bit "hackish": no instructions, small, obscure buttons and so on, but it's a dream to use once you understand the system. Thumbs up!
d97-fbe@xxx.se

Just wanted to say thanks for releasing Blender!
jhouck@xxx.net

you folks are gods
this stuff is awesome. After 10 or 12 hours of total perplexity I'm starting to understand this really kind of elegant and wonderfull interface .It renders fast and well even on this old box.I've found lots of ways to make evreything turn into a little file named core too , nonetheless this is obviously gonna be a fun program to play with as it gets more stable.
Thanks so much for loosing your baby on the world.
rich@xxx.com

Just wanted to let you know I downloaded the FreeBSD version of blender .31 and it is and EXCELLENT program! Any chance I get to recommend it to clients you can bet I will!!!
opsys@xxx.net
